How Care Works:

STEP 1: Book an appoinment and complete forms

Book an appoinment with Dr. Mistovich for a time that is most convenient for you.

Prior to this appointment we will send you a set of intake forms that you can complete at your pace. You will send these to Dr. Mistovich prior to your child’s visit so she can have a baseline line understand if your child before you ever walk in the door

STEP 2: Initial Consultation Visit

During this initial visit, Dr. Mistovich will review you child’s history in detail and then carefully walk though and listen to your concerns and hopes for the visit. She will ask many clarifying questions with the goal of getting to the underlying cause and contributing factors to your concern. Dr. Mistovich will then order any necessary labwork or supplemental evaluation for your child.

Step 3: Plan Development & Discussion Visit

After completion of the initial visit and supplemental evaluation, Dr. Mistovich will create a personalized and comprehensive treatment plan for your child. This may include dietary recommenations, exercise plans, mind-body therapies, suggested supplments, medications and other treatments. Dr. Mistovich will discuss this plan in detail at your follow-up visit and also provide you with a printed manual for your ongoing reference.

Testing & Treatment Philosophy

We are intentional and measured in our use of testing and treatment.

  • Testing is ordered only when results will meaningfully inform care

  • Integrative therapies and supplements are used as adjuncts, not replacements

  • All recommendations reflect pediatric evidence and developmental appropriateness

  • Care plans are individualized and clinically reasoned — not formulaic

The focus is on clarity, integration, and practicality.
